BEFORE THE SESSION


  • WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SESSION?

    We recommend arriving at the gym 10 minutes before the session. This will allow time to get you checked into session and show you around the facility.



  • WHAT DO I DO WHEN I GET THERE?

    Say hello to whoever is coaching the session and mention that it is your first time. They’ll take good care of you.


  • GOOD VIBES ZONE.

    We want you to bring your good vibes! We truly believe in making our gym a space where members can check their stress at the door. In our gym you’ll find a community built on sweat and support, all are welcome here. All we ask is that you show up, bring a smile, and get in a great workout. It’s that simple.



DURING THE SESSION


  • WHAT IS AN ANT SESSION LIKE?

    ANT sessions are coach-led group functional fitness sessions. Every session you will be guided through a workout specific warm-up, a strength block, a conditioning block and a cool-down stretch.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

    Drink bottle, gym towel and a great energy.



  • I'VE NEVER DONE THIS STYLE OF TRAINING BEFORE, CAN I KEEP UP?

    Absolutely! Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow everyone to workout at their own pace.


    Our Coaches are trained to modify and make adjustments to the workout on the fly to meet you where you are.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    Wear athletic clothes that are comfortable for you to sweat and move in.



AFTER THE SESSION


  • DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

    Yes! Feel free to have a shower after your workout.
